Background Information: This development, along with the previous developments on Laches Close and Calibre Industrial Park at Four Ashes have resulted in the regeneration of brown field sites. Our high quality buildings have transformed an area that was otherwise an unattractive part of a thriving business centre. This development benefits from a specialist drainage system for water attenuation with a brake release system.
