Special construction features:

The first building was built 1999 included an internal spray booth and several inspection pits, together with a new underground drainage system and concrete external yard areas. We have since been back in 2007 which was to install an infill building and in 2011 to build a complete replica of the first building we undertook in 1999

Outcome:

Provided an efficient working area for servicing commercial fleet vehicles and evolved the facility over some 12 years to meet current needs. In total we have built some 45,000 sq. ft. at the clients Wolverhampton depot, with our turn key operation on a full design & build basis.
