Special construction features:

The building was part of a seven units constructed by Calibre in 2008 totalling some 50,000 sq.ft. This development included all the usual planning requirements together with a new entrance road which was built to adoption standards the development also included a stormcell infiltration underground storage attenuation system.

Outcome:

The Shindaiwa brand is known throughout the world for quality, reliability and performance. The new premises will be used to distribute their Welder-Generators throughout the UK
