From first discussion to client handover all Calibre projects are under the personal and specific control of Managing Director Simon Miles to ensure that every aspect of a client’s construction requirements are given the necessary priority.

Simon and the staff are always available to contribute their unique experience to evaluate your building requirements.
Being a small family business we run our operation on lean principles, consequently our overheads are low which enables us to be cost effective and extremely competitive in our field. After all most of our work is undertaken on site therefore we run a tight ship concentrating all our efforts into what we do best, which is building industrial units, warehousing etc.
Over the years we have undertaken many negotiated tenders and assisted clients by inputting our experience on design and appearance of the building, often achieving considerable savings, without compromising on the quality of the building.
As part of our hands-on approach we are always willing to undertake initial feasibility studies and produce budget cost appraisals for existing and new clients.
